The spill containment pallet with the lowest cost provides increased flexibility for storage and shipping. Traditional spill containment solutions, required to adhere to EPA regulations for containing 250 litre drums, are typically large and unwieldy. To tackle this issue, a flexible version of the popular Ultra Drum Spill Pallets has been developed, utilising rugged PVC fabric instead of rigid polyethylene sumps.
This design modification significantly reduces the unassembled size of the unit, facilitating easier and more cost-effective storage, transportation, and shipping. Despite these alterations, once assembled, the Ultra-Drum Spill Pallet Flexible Models operate in the same manner as their standard counterparts, with 250 litre drums simply placed on top of the grating. Any potential leaks are effectively contained within the PVC sump, ensuring efficient containment.

It is one of the least expensive spill pallets in the UltraTech line. When disassembled, they are also the most compact package of all of UltraTech’s spill pallets which is very beneficial with regards to shipping and storage.
Unlike UltraTech’s other spill pallets, the flexible spill pallet’s sump is dependent on a series of steel hooks that attach to the pallet’s grating in order for the sidewalls to remain upright.
No, the flexible spill pallets do not have pockets to allow movement with forklifts, pallet jacks or other equipment.

The Ultra Drum Spill Pallet Flexible are very durable. The 510gsm PVC material used for the sump is heavy-duty yet flexible. In some situations, it would be less likely to be damaged than our hard-walled pallets since it has more “give.”
A very sturdy, ribbed polyethylene (LLDPE) material is used to construct a support platform with interconnecting, load-bearing walls.
The Ultra Drum Spill Pallet Flexible sump is made with an 510gsm PVC material which has excellent chemical compatibility. Specific chemicals should be confirmed using our compatibility guide.
