Chatoyer offers a fully portable wash bay system for car and truck washing, available anywhere you need it. Fabricated from high-quality PVC or reinforced polypropylene-coated fabric, our portable wash mats combine durability with ease of use, making them ideal for mobile wash services or temporary sites. 

Each unit features 75mm high foam bund walls that vehicles can easily drive over or personnel can walk across, while still containing wash water effectively. Standard sizes are available to suit cars or trucks, and custom dimensions can be manufactured to meet specific requirements. 

For maximum protection, a geotextile underlay is recommended beneath the wash mat to prevent wear and tear, but reinforced polypropylene options are available for extra durability when an underlay is not practical. 

The raised bund walls capture wastewater on-site, and when paired with a submersible pump, the portable wash bay integrates seamlessly with a water treatment system or storage tank. This allows for safe, compliant, and cost-effective management of wash water wherever you operate.
